It seems Apple has figured out how to consistently deliver better support than its competitors. This independent survey by Vocalabs reveals that Apple beat Dell and HP at support call satisfaction by a substantial margin. This reminds me of buddy Spence’s recent #epicfail interactions with Gateway.
